Privacy Policy

Last updated 28 October 2026

This policy explains what personal data T-Cypher Bio Ltd ("we", "us") collects when you visit tcypherbio.com or contact us, why we use it and the rights you have. We are the controller of that data under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018. If you are in the European Economic Area or Switzerland, the EU GDPR or Swiss data protection law may also apply.

The short version

  • This website does not use cookies and does not store anything on your device.
  • It has no forms, user accounts or advertising, and it does not track you across other websites.
  • We only hold personal data you choose to send us, such as an email, and the basic technical information any web server needs to deliver its pages.

Information we collect

When you contact us

If you email, phone or write to us, we receive your name, your contact details and whatever you include in your message. We use this to reply to you and to manage any business relationship that follows. Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries or, where relevant, taking steps at your request before entering into a contract. We keep correspondence for as long as we need it for these purposes, unless the law requires us to keep it for longer, and then delete it.

When you visit the website

Like any website, our web server automatically records technical details of each request: your IP address, the date and time, the page requested, the page that linked to it, and your browser and operating system. We use these server logs only to deliver the website, keep it secure and fix faults, based on our legitimate interest in running a secure website. They are kept for a short period and then deleted, and we do not use them to identify you.

Cookies

We do not use cookies, local storage or similar technologies, which is why this website has no cookie banner.

Services that help us run the website

When your browser loads our pages, it also connects to the providers below. They receive your IP address and browser details, because that is technically necessary to send you the content.

  • UpCloud Ltd hosts the website on a server in London.
  • Bunny.net (BunnyWay d.o.o., Slovenia) delivers the video on our home page.

These providers only use the data to deliver the content. Some may process it outside the UK; where they do, the transfer relies on adequacy regulations or other safeguards recognised by UK law.

Links to other websites

Our pages link to other websites, such as LinkedIn, our careers page on BambooHR and the websites of our investors. This policy does not cover those websites. They only receive data from you if you follow a link, and their own privacy notices then apply.

Sharing your information

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with the service providers above, with our professional advisers where necessary, or when the law requires it, for example in response to a court order. If our business is sold or merges with another, your data may pass to the new owner, who must continue to protect it in line with this policy.

Keeping your data secure

This website is only served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). We limit access to personal data to the people who need it, and we require our service providers to protect it.

Your rights

Under data protection law you have the right to:

  • access the personal data we hold about you
  • have inaccurate data corrected
  • have your data deleted
  • restrict how we use your data
  • object to our use of your data, including where we rely on legitimate interests
  • receive your data in a portable format, where this applies

To use any of these rights, email us at info@tcypherbio.com. We will reply within one month. We may ask you to confirm your identity first, so that we do not disclose or change data that belongs to someone else.

Complaints

If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, please contact us first and we will try to put it right. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113. If you live in the European Economic Area or Switzerland, you can also contact your local data protection authority.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy, for example if we change how the website works. The date at the top shows when it was last revised.
